ACTIVE LISTENING AND RAPPORT DEVELOPMENT

The course on “Active Listening and Rapport Development” aims to present the general framework of Active Listening as a professional method of Rapport Development.

Starting from its origin in the context of therapy and personal healing, the ultimate goal is to understand how to apply this method, with its specificities - both in terms of essence and in terms of techniques - within the framework of a commercial or leadership practice even more effective.

STRATEGIC RAPPORT AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Rapport is almost “magical”! In relational terms Rapport breaks down barriers, destroys fears, brings people together, makes us available to listen and more likely to understand and accept points of view that are different from ours.

In summary, Rapport is really fantastic! But in fact, there is no magic, no hidden secrets in the Rapport development process. In this Course, we approach Rapport in its technical framework. We place a special emphasis on the neurobiological processes that define Rapport and we value, in particular, the tools of Emotional Intelligence that allow us to approach this topic objectively and from a strategic perspective.
